Rustic culinary classics such as roast suckling pig, farmyard duck or knuckle of veal reach an astonishing level of sophistication here, at the same time introducing modern and seasonal variety. However, aficionados of mediterranean cuisine are also very well catered for. Escargot, mussels and, above all, fresh lobster from our own lobster aquarium are pure heaven for many of our guests. The top-quality warm and cold desserts prepared in the house patisserie are also considered very special.
